Ontologics

Ontologics is a hybrid of progressive rock meets psychedelic electronica. They have just released an EP titled Part I on Itunes, and are gearing up to release Part II in the Fall and Part III in the late winter. Tour schedules are being planned after the EP Part III is released.

Marc Douglas Berardo

Marc Douglas Berardo contacted Walk of the Earth for our assistance in the engineering of some key vocal tracks and percussion overdubs during the production of his brilliant new record "Downhauler". This wonderful album was recorded and mixed at Horizon Studios and released with Horizon Music Group.

Unibrows

Unibrows are a 3-piece punk rock band in the same vein as NOFX or Bad Religion. When you see Unibrows live, expect to have a great time and to leave with some catchy melodies stuck in your head. Unibrows first started their relationship with Walk of the Earth Productions when they recorded their debut CD Demented Arm Circus and are now following that up with the highly anticipated Hollow EP.

From the Hollow EP, "Paranoid Like Me" is a good example of one the ways that we like to approach the more aggressive styles of music. Rather than over-compressing and affecting the dynamics of the music (which is all too common in modern mixes and part of the reason why many bands sound the same), we took a much more careful and detail-oriented approach to the mix. What we were aiming for here is an authentic representation of the character, energy and thoughtfulness that this band exudes in both their song writing and live performance.
